At IRIS, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
1. Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be accepted, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition you received it
- With all tags, labels, dust bags, boxes, and original packaging
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, scratches, or any signs of use
- Sent back with the order number or proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns after 14 days unless required by local consumer law.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Items with missing tags or packaging
- Items damaged by the customer
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items, if clearly marked before purchase
- Items returned after the allowed return period
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is wrong, defective, or damaged when received.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. IRIS is not responsible for returned items that are lost during shipping.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs fees, duties, or taxes unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Refunds
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
If the return is approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the refund in your account.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was wrong, defective, or damaged when received.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If you want a different color or item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the requested item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Any price difference, shipping cost, customs fee, or tax may be paid by the customer.
8. Orders Refused at Delivery
If an order is refused at delivery or not collected by the customer, any shipping fees, return fees, customs fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund.
9. Legal Rights
This policy does not remove any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
If local law gives you stronger rights, those rights will apply.
